1. Our processing of personal data of our users is limited to that data which is necessary for the provision of a functioning website as well as our contents and services. The processing of personal data of our users is only carried out for the purposes agreed with them or if there is another legal basis (in the sense of the DSGVO). We only collect personal data that is actually required for the performance and processing of our tasks and services or that you have voluntarily provided to us.

You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. 1. Provision of the websiteAs with every connection to a web server, the server of our web hosting provider Hostpoint Switzerland, logs and stores certain technical data. This data includes:- IP address and the operating system of your device- Access time data- Type of browser - Browser request including the origin of the request (referrer) This is necessary for technical reasons in order to provide you with our website. Squarespace uses technical and organisational measures to protect this data from unauthorised access and does not pass it on to third parties. To the extent that we process personal data in the process, we do so because of our interest in providing you with the best possible user experience and in ensuring the security and stability of our systems.

2. Google Analytics

Our website uses "Google Analytics", a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94.043 USA, to analyse website usage. Google Analytics uses cookies (see point 2.), which are stored on your computer. The information contained therein about the website and internet usage of the visitor can be processed and evaluated by Google. The data collected by Google may be transferred by Google to countries outside the EU and the EEA, in particular the USA. However, Google has submitted to the Privacy Shield Framework.
